The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 196-TFBGA, CSBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. From the SAMA5D2 series. ARM? Cortex?-A5 is the processor core of this CPU. The CPU uses LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers. With its I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 3.3V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Using ATSAMA5D22 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. As a whole, there are 196 terminations. In the case of a 1.2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. There is 500MHz frequency set for the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 196 pins functions.
