ATSAMD20G14A-MN Overview


There is a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available to save space. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. In the package Tray, it is included. It is equipped with a ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor. It is important to keep the temperature at -40°C~105°C TA while working. Memory type FLASH is used for program memory. There are 38 I/Os on it, which makes it a very simple device. Based on its base part number of ATSAMD20G14, other similarly-sized components can be found. This device has terminals at QUAD. This circuit consists of 48 terminationals. There are a number of electrical components in the SAM D20G series, including this one. Using the 3.3V supply voltage allows for high efficiency.
