ATSAMD20J14B-AU Overview


To save space, it is included in the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package. Mounted using Surface Mount. A package of Tray contains it. A ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor powers the device. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is FLASH program memory in it. 52 I/Os have been provided by the device.
