ATSAMD21G16L-MNT Overview


To save space, it is included in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is mounted using the way of Surface Mount. It comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). Device with ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor issupported. The temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA while working. FLASH is the type of program memory used by it. 38 I/Os have been provided by the device.
