ATSAML11E15A-MU Overview


For space savings, it is available in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. It comes in the package?of a Tray. A ARM? Cortex?-M23 core processor powers the device. Working at -40°C~85°C TA temperature is recommended. In terms of its program memory type, it is FLASH. A total of 25 I/Os are present. Other components that are comparable to it have the base part number ATSAML11E. A QUAD position is assigned to its terminals. As far as terminations are concerned, there are 32 terminations present.
