There is a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available to save space. It is mounted using the way of Surface Mount. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. A ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core processor powers the device. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. FLASH has been assigned to it as a program memory. 51 I/Os are present on the device.
