ATTINY20-XU Overview


To save space, it is included in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Mounted using Surface Mount. In the package Tube, it is included. A AVR core processor powers the device. In order to work effectively, the temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The type of memory it uses is FLASH. It has a number of 12I/Os. It has a part number of ATTINY20 that can be used to locate similar components. The terminals of this device are set to DUAL. There are a total of 14 terminations in it.
