ATXMEGA128D4-AUR Overview


There is an option to purchase it in the 44-TQFP package, which saves space. Surface Mount is used for mounting. You can find it in the package of Tape & Reel (TR). With a processor of AVR cores, the device is powered. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is FLASH program memory in it. There are 34 I/Os on the board. It has a part number of ATXMEGA128 that can be used to locate similar components. The terminals of this device are located at QUAD. A 44 termination is contained within it. AVR? XMEGA?
