Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 10V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.RC Input Circuit is the input type used in this program.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.The base part number AUIR2085S refers to a number of related parts.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 100V.A gate driver in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series is included in this document.
