AZ7500BP-E1 Overview


It comes in a 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7V~36V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 1kHz~200kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Through Hole. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. 16 pins are on switching converter. According to the test statistics, DC regulator outputs 36V voltage.
