AZ7500FMTR-G1 Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 7V~36V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 1kHz~200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable. There are a total of 16 pins on switching converter. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 5V. As a result of this, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc must remain 45 % during power-up and power-down. In most applications and prototypes, DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it suitable.
