BD45442G-TR Overview


This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The supervisor is always powered by a 6.4V volt supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 950mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 9.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management.
