BD4828G-TR Overview


Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 900nA.
