BD4849G-TR Overview

Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous BD48xxx series product line.
