BD4856FVE-TR Overview


There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5.4V. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA.
