BD4923G-TR Overview

In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please find attached SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. 5 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.2V for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 900nA. It is always advisable to use BD49, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.53μA. It is one of the well-known BD49xxx series power ic line.
