BD4925G-TR Overview


Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. Power management has a total of 5 pins. The pins of the power management system count 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. For this power management, there is an 900nA volt supply current.
