BD4928G-TR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. This power management has 5 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than -300mV. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The supply current of the power management is 900nA. You can always use BD49, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 1.53μA can be used with this power management. Located in the well-known BD49xxx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
