As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. There is a Cut Tape (CT)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management system has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of -300mV for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known BD49Kxx series of products.
