BD49K60G-TL Overview

It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning.
