BD53E30G-TR Overview

It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation.
