For greater flexibility, the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~25V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -25°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 16 pins when designing.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 600mA volts.In terms of its basis, there are 4 outputs integrated.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 870mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 1mA.
