BD9013KV-E2 Overview

The switching controller fits in the 48-LQFP package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3V~30V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 250kHz~550kHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
