BD9536FV-E2 Overview

Capsuled in the 28-LSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 7.5V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~100°C TA is the -20°C~100°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~600kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. A variety of 28 terminations are available in dc switching. Searching "BD9536" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Total pins of switching converter are 28. The type is a particular Switching Regulator or Controllers of switching converter. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 5.5V voltage.
