BP104 Overview

To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP (0.200, 5.10mm) packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 60V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 215mW heat. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 215mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 60V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 60V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
