12-VFDFN Exposed Pad is the appropriate package for battery instrument. This system battery uses an analog integrated circuit (IC) called POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT. There are 1 channels available. The smart tools battery has 12 pins in total. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the smart tools battery. There is a space in between this electrical part and Surface Mount. It can provide functions of type Battery Protection. It is best for the electric part to operate temperature at the range of -40°C~85°C TA to deliver its performance. This electronic component includes Lithium Ion/Polymer in its battery chemistry.
