You can find it in the TO-220-3 package.Hot-swappable device terminates wHot-swappable deviceh 3 in total.Device SINGLE is located at the terminal position.Hot-swappable device is possible to achieve high efficiency wHot-swappable deviceh a supply voltage of 12V.Hot-swappable device is necessary to use 3 pins in order to operate the device.Peripheral Drivers contains this gadget on its own.Hot-swappable device is posHot-swappable deviceioned in the direction of Through Hole.Operating at 150°C°C allows for stable operation.The system must function at a minimum temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius in order to maintain its reliability.By default, output 1 is selected.When operating criteria are met, the maximum output current is reduced to 40A.In order to operate it, 100μA is the maximum current needed.Despite its 14mOhm resistance, the device is not easily damaged.
