BTS3408G Description

 

BTS3408G Low-Side Switch features D-MOS output stages for driving resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads. BTS3408G Switch could allow CMOS, bipolar, as well as power D-MOS devices on the same monolithic circuit. It is protected by embedded protection functions and designed for automotive and industrial applications. BTS3408G Infineon Technologies is widely used in driving stepper motors and lines.
