The LED driver's packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included with the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package as well.The lighting driver is mounted in the Surface Mount position.It owns General Purpose switch type.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ.The LED driver has a total of 1 outputs.The LED driving board operates at Not Required volts.It produces a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts at its maximum output.14 pins are used for operation.To meet the operation criteria, the maximum output current drops to 11A.In this case, it is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.It has 16mOhm resistance.There is an electrical component included in the PROFET? series.When using this LED driving board, it is recommended that the supply voltage is set to 13.5V.A maximum current requirement of 11A is required for its operation.
