BU4030B Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. A XOR (Exclusive OR) logic principle is used to make it work. Ensure the part's full functionality by setting the voltage to 3V~16V. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C. The part is mounted in Through Hole. Neither the high 1.2mA 3mA low state of output current is 1.2mA 3mA. The series 4000B contains it. In total, there have been 14 terminations. In addition to 4 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 4 other features. 4030 can be used to search for device variants. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Through Hole mounting. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A 2 input is supported by the part. Parts that are quiescent have 4μA current flowing through them.
