This part is conveniently packaged in SSOP, making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The total number of terminations is 14. In addition to 6 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 6 other features. The part body is injected with 14 pins. The logic device can be mounted on the Surface Mount axis and is used in a wide range of applications. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Inputs support 1. Quiescent parts carry 4μA current. The logic device is a typical Gates. The part bears a load capacitance of 50pF. It is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method. A device cannot function in an environment that exceeds 85°C. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -40°C. In normalsituations, users should not supply voltages higher than 18V to the device. -300mV should be the lowest voltage fed to the part. A part with 6 input lines performs better.
