The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Based on the AND Gate logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 3V~16V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C.
