BU45K252G-TL Overview


In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The IC power comes from the well-known BU45Kxxx series.
