BU4827F-TR Overview


There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. In this IC management you will find SC-82 functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 2.4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 700mV volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 7V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. Supplied with a operating current of 550nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
