BU4845F-TR Overview


It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are SC-82 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.4V volt supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. The pins of the power management system count 4. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 700mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 550nA.
