BU4942FVE-TR Overview


There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SOT-665 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.4V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 700mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 550nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4942, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.58μA.
