BU52011HFV-TR Overview


Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. SOT-665 packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. If they are working properly, these switches can output a maximum current of 500μA. There is a limit to 8μA current that can be supplied by these switches. Switches have 5 pins for operation. It contains 6 terminations. There should be 500μA current output from the switches in general. When the magnetic switch operates, it could supply 2.5V voltage. Nominally, it can supply 5μA current when it works.
