BU52013HFV-TR Overview

A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-665 packages. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 500μA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 5.5μA. To make the switches work, they have 5 pins. As far as terminations are concerned, there are 6. In general, the current output by the switches should be 500μA. Whenever the magnetic switches operate, they supply 2.5V voltage. When working, it can supply 3.5μA current.
