CAT809MTBI-T3 Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 3 pins. Power managment ic pin count is 3. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended.
