CAT809ZSDI-T3 Overview


This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SC-70, SOT-323 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 2.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount.
