CAT811RTBI-GT3 Overview


This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 6μA for the power management. You can always use CAT811, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 3V volts in order to work correctly.
