There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.2V volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 8μA for the power management.
