CAT853STBI-GT3 Overview

This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
