CD4012BPWR Overview


Shipped in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the part is easy to ship overseas. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. This part needs a voltage of 3V~18V to function properly. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. The high and low state of output current is 3.4mA 3.4mA. There are several in the 4000B series.
