CD4023BMG4 Overview


Due to its SOIC packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In total, there are 14 terminations. In addition to 3 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 3 other features. Part bodies are injected with 14 pins. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting. To find out what the 14 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Parts in quiescent state carry 1μA current. The logic device in this example is a typical Gates. A 3 circuit is present in this device. There is 50pF load capacitance on the part. It is packed with the industry TUBE method. When the temperature is higher than 125°C, the device should not be operated. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -55°C. It is recommended that users do not supply the device with voltage above 18V in normalcircumstances. 3V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the part. There is 6.8mA output current rated.
