CD4041UBE Overview


Logical driver uses a neat 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 3V~18V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 38mA 38mA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 4000B series devices. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. You can search "CD4041" for other related electrical components. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gates. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 20μA. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must. 4 channels for high quality communication. Wireless transceiver is able to output 8 lines.
