CD4048BNSR Overview


The 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is available for download. This package includes the Tape & Reel (TR) package as part of its contents. There is a version in Surface Mount available. It has full functional Single-Ended output. Communication is handled by Multifunction Expandable logic. Extended operating temperature at -55°C~125°C. A 8 input is included in it.
