CD4050BCMX Overview


Logical driver uses a neat 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 3V~15V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 12mA 40mA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). All of the 6 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 4000B series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. You can search "4050" for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 4μA. 6 bits are included within the electrical component. 6 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 35mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 15V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 6 lines. Because of its 6 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. Supplier device package of this electronic part would be 16-SOIC. It is sufficient to make 6 outputs. Digital buffer is characterized to have 6 inputs. Working with 6 logic gates.
