CD4051BNSRE4 Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 8:1. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 8 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. Circuits number 1 make up this analogue multiplexer. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with CD4051. This digital multiplexer has 240Ohm internal resistance.
