CD4085BE Overview


The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. This package includes the Tube package as part of its contents. This item is available in Through Hole as well. It is equipped with a full-functioning Single-Ended output. The communication type used by this application is AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic. The operating temperature at -55°C~125°C has been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) inputs. It is a part of the 4000B series. Power is supplied by a 3V~18V-shaped connector.
